By uploading any image and or text that you use in the design of your card you attest that you hold the appropriate rights to reproduce them.  MyFile Ltd. accepts no responsibility for checking your right to reproduce any materials used. By choosing to upload the materials and use them to place an order you accept all responsiblity for their use.

Sales Policy

The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Euros. Prices include VAT. No charge is currently made for shipping.

Return & Refund Policy

Both our ordering system and production system are fully automated. Once an order is placed we cannot make changes, either to the content of a card or the quantity ordered. Your cards are produced on the latest generation of commercial digital press, to a standard comparable to traditional photo production. The quality of the result is very much dependant on the quality and resolution of any images used in the card. Our online tools will help you to ensure that the photographs are of a high enough resolution to ensure a quality result. However, it is the customer's responsibility to upload images of adequate resolution and to review the card online for image quality; spelling; typography; and any other defect apparent in the card preview.  MyFile Ltd. regretfully will not offer a refund for errors of this type. If you feel that in any other respect, the quality of the product with which you have been supplied does not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@myweddingfile.com .

Should we determine at our sole discretion, that there is a difference between the preview that the customer approved and the product with which they were supplied, we will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect goods, reproduce the order or that part of the order that we find to be incorrect at no additional charge to the customer or refund 100% of the purchase price of the order or that portion of the order that we find to be incorrect. Only that portion of the order that we find to be incorrect will be reproduced or refunded, please do not return any part of the order that has not been so judged by  MyFile Ltd.. Please note that no returns can be accepted without a Return Authorization previously having been issued by our customer service department. Please contact us at info@myweddingfile.com before returning any goods. You may be asked to return a sample of the product that you feel does not meet your expectation to help us make our determination.

Delivery Date

We make every effort to ensure that your cards are delivered in "5 business days". While we will endeavor to ship your cards on one of the three business day following the day that you order (3 business day), and our courier will endeavor to deliver within 2 days after that (5 business days), we do not warrent that this will happen, and we do not accept any liability for cards that don't make it to you on this schedule.
